Broken Spoke Bike Studio is a recently opened bike shop in downtown Manitowoc. They specialize in classic, new and used bikes. Once a month during the full moon they organize a lakeshore bike ride from Manitowoc to Two Rivers and back. Last night they had their largest turnout to date!! The next ride is planned for June 15th. This was so much fun!!!

There is something special about Nikki’s photography that distinguishes her work from that of other photographers. Her pictures have a depth and dimensionality that give otherwise ordinary or even good images a more urgent sense of “now.” This or that image is happening “now,” it has life right now. Her photographs have an almost tactile immediacy to them. She presents her photos with a clear nod to vintage or retro photography while also imbuing them with that spontaneous “now” quality.
